Providing a Window into the Human Body

Established in 1973, we are proud to be the largest radiology group in the area, offering a depth of specialization among our doctors that you would expect to find only at major university medical centers.

The Salem Radiology Office will be CLOSED for new clinical IT system training on:

Salem Radiology remains open to continue critical diagnostic imaging for patients with the Salem and surrounding community.

We have resumed performing screening mammograms and bone density (DEXA) studies on all women.

If you are a patient in a higher risk category and your medical imaging is not critically necessary, we recommend that you reschedule your exam for a later date and follow social distancing guidelines.

If you have a fever with a cough or a fever with shortness of breath, we most likely will be unable to proceed with imaging today because our facility does not have the necessary infection control protocols to ensure the safety of other patients as well as staff.

The Salem Hospital currently has 3 designated clinics for respiratory health issues located in Salem on River Road, in Dallas and in Woodburn. To access these respiratory health clinics, call 503-814-4400 and choose option #4.

Patients Only & Visitor Restrictions - Persons entering the facility will be limited to just the patient, unless a patient requires special assistance. Children, family members, friends and other visitors should either remain at home or remain in their vehicle outside of the facility. Special exception will be allowed for pregnancy ultrasounds to allow 1 guest to attend with the patient.

Masks Required For All Patients, Visitors & Staff – Patients must bring a mask from home and wear it during their visit to the facility. For certain procedures, Salem Radiology may require a patient to wear a supplied medical mask in place of a personal mask brought from home.

Coughing Patients – If you have an active cough without a fever, you must wear a mask during your visit. You may be asked to wait in your car or in a separate waiting area with outdoor ventilation.

You Can Wait in Your Car - For your health safety and others, you have the option of waiting in your car and we will call your cell phone when the technologist is ready for you. Should you choose to wait in your car or outside and you would like to contact our patient intake desk, the phone number is 503-763-7442.

Radiology Consultants will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

I was really impressed that with three different things, it was scheduled in one day and I was done with all in 45 minutes. Thanks—you’re doing a great job—and everyone was very friendly and caring.

Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful! I was early, but they got me in and out in a short time. I couldn’t believe how fast I was done. Thanks to all!
