Patient Intake Specialist – (FT)

This position involves greeting customers, easing normal patient anxiety associated with medical appointments, providing information, obtaining patient demographic and insurance information from patients, accurately entering information into the information system, communicating with departments and scheduling appointments as necessary. Additional duties will also include processing and organizing incoming medical information.  This position requires an individual with a positive outlook, outstanding dedication to customer service, good listening skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.  The preferred candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a minimum of two years of experience working in the medical setting. This position may include Saturdays and working evenings until 6pm with the opportunity to move to a more traditional daytime shift later as determined by SRC administration.

Radiology Scheduling Facilitator (FT)

Responsible for making and scheduling patient appointments in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Prior to the exam, the Scheduling Facilitator is the single most important point of contact between SRC and the referring physician’s office and/or the patient. Applicants must be bilingual in Spanish and English. A minimum of two years of experience in a busy, high volume call response environment required with two years of prior radiology scheduling experience preferred. This position requires an individual with a positive outlook, outstanding dedication to customer service, good listening skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Radiology Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist (FT)

This position is for a full time radiology medical assistant which involves assisting technologists with patient care, clerical assistance and managing the flow of patients through the MRI and CT sections.  Qualified applicants must have prior experience with I.V. starts and/or phlebotomy skills.  This position requires excellent venipuncture skills, good listening and people skills with special attention to important details and the ability to work well within a team environment.
